Ancient image challenge #4

For decades tourists were told there is no cave art in Tabon Caves. American Philip Maise disagrees.  It takes concentration and a keen eye to see what he found below.  However, rather than telling the people of the Philippines what he clearly sees, he asks them to look for themselves.

As an incentive, he has decided to make a contest to reward deserving artists of the Philippines.

What is this?

Maise has come to realize few can slow their life down and look. Therefore, he has decided to turn to the artists and children of the Palawan to repaint the ancient images.
